This former centenary house has been restored to its original condition respecting its structure and using the constructive traditional elements in the Asturian East: profusion in the use of the wood, wide glazed surfaces, “corralada”…
The main face looks out to the south where you can enjoy numerous hours of sun and also this ensures a thermal warmth on the inside. In front of it, the “corralada” is equipped with garden furniture closed by a wall that is beautifully decorated with a carved wooden fence.
Inside the interior has been decorated with soft colours, exposed wooden beams in every room, and colonial furniture. The floors of the bedrooms and the balcony are made of iroko wood which relax and calm down. All the rooms except one of the bathroom are exterior.
On the ground floor there are a lounge with television and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary elements and a toilet.
The first floor has one double bedroom with a beautiful glazed balcony, one twin bedroom and bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large bedroom with king size bed and covered balcony, and a bathroom.
The house is rented as a whole (not per room) and its capacity is for six people.
